Welcome to my PLAR Competency Based Portfolio. This portfolio has been developed for the Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition team at Thompson Rivers University, Open Learning. The creation of this portfolio has been a transformative experience in and within itself. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to reflect upon the experiential learning I have acquired thus far in my young career.
